General Information

Innovative Education and Scientific Research Foundation (IESRF) publishes original research, review, case reports, clinical material, short communication, and other material related to medical, dental and health science subjects.

Submitted articles must be original, written in English, and not published or under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the reviewer and subject to editorial revision. Authors should follow the guidelines below.

Editorial Process

The submitted manuscript will be reviewed for possible publication with the understanding that it is being processed to the editorial office along at that point in time and has not been published anywhere, simultaneously submitted, or already accepted for publication elsewhere. The journal expects the authors would authorize one of them to correspond with the journal for all matters related to the submitted manuscripts. All submitted manuscripts received are duly acknowledged. On submission, editors review all submitted manuscripts initially for suitability for formal review. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flows, or lack of a significant message are rejected before proceeding for formal peer-review. Manuscripts that are unlikely to be of interest to the specific subject journals are also liable to be rejected at this stage itself. IESRF all journals are publishing as print and online and journals employs four-steps of review system.

Initial Review: The editorial office reviews each submission to determine where the manuscript topic is in scope of the journal, the structure compiles with main journal requirements and the paper is not clearly affected commercial bias. Manuscripts that do not meet minimum criteria are returned to the authors with adequate comments.
Peer Review: if the submitted manuscript for expert review, it will be reviewed by reviewers, experts in fields specifically matching the manuscript’s coverage. This process is repeated till reviewers and editors are satisfied with the manuscript
Editorial decision: Editorial decision: based on reviewer’s recommendations, the editorial board will make final decision to acceptance of manuscript, rejection and amendments submission. The corresponding author is notified by e-mail, message or via pre-publication portal message about the decision, along with reviewers reports.
Final Decision: every manuscript is also assigned to a member of the editorial team, who based on the comments from the reviewers takes a decision on the manuscript, after the editorial board approval it is left to editor in chief discretion to accept it or suggest amendment or reject it and corresponding author is suitably acknowledged.

Manuscripts accepted for publication are copy edited for grammar, punctuation, print style, and format. Page proofs are send to the corresponding author. The corresponding author is expected to return the corrected proofs within three to four days. If corresponding author may not be able to return the corrected proofs within specific period. The whole process of submission of the manuscript to final decision and sending and receiving proofs is completed online. To achieve faster and greater dissemination of knowledge and information, the journal published article online as ‘Ahead of Print’ immediately on acceptance.

Conflicts of Interest

All author should complete and disclosed any and all conflicts of interest they may have with publication of the manuscript or an institution or product that is mentioned in the manuscript and important to the outcome of the study presented. Authors should also disclose conflict of interest with products that complete and submit a copy of the International Committee
of Medical Journal Editors Form for the Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest, available at

Manuscripts Submission

All manuscripts must to submitted on-line through the Innovative Publication pre-publication portal (IP-PPP) website https://innovpub.org. First time users will have to register as author at pre-publication portal site. Registration is free but mandatory. Registered authors can keep track of articles after logging into the site using their user name and password and can track article status any time.

Manuscript should be submitted along with title page, corresponding author contact number and copyright form duly signed by all the authors. Manuscript submitted without the above mentioned documents will not be entertained for possible publication.

Publication Charges

Innovative Education and Scientific Research Foundation (IESRF) aims to encourage researchers, among all the professionals, students, faculty members, doctors, researchers etc. The journal runs on a Non-for-Profit Model and funds collected are reinvested to improve scientific journals quality services. Many professionals give their valuable services and time. Some of them work honorary or on subsidized salary. Also due to cost towards article processing, maintenance of article in secured data storage system, indexing of journals, archives database and other financial constraints, authors are require to pay a minimum fees. The journal do not charge any article submission fees. Innovative Education and Scientific Research Foundation (IESRF) also makes constant effort in collaboration with International University, various society and technical support in enhance the journal publication quality and obtaining citations from various international citation agencies. As Innovative Education and Scientific Research Foundation (IESRF) does not get outside funding so authors are expected to pay a minimum amount of cost for the working of journal in an efficient manner. However waiver can be provided for the high quality research work upon request from authors of developing countries because we do not want the research to remain in cupboard just because of monetary issue. The fees waiver request must be done at the time of submission of article. No fee waiver request will be entertained after review.

Due to increase in the publication cost and maintenance charges of the journal we are forced to revise the publication fees of for the IESRF journals. All the manuscripts submitted on and after 31st December 2018 will be charges with the revised fees.

Note: Publication charges are applicable for the selected articles only, charges are considered for, one Hardcopy of Journal to the corresponding author, Author certificate, including postal / delivery exp. etc. We don’t charge any payment for the article processing fee, if you have send payment of your article before selection and your article gets rejected or withdrawn your 100% payment will get the refund immediately.

Additional Hardcopy Charges (for postage within India): Rs.500/- per addition copy and US$ 50 per additional copy for International Authors.

We cannot guarantee the delivery of hard copies of the previous issue. It is subject to availability and the author/seeker for the particular back issue may have to bear the additional cost of production.

Delivery of Hard Copy: hard copy and publication certificate will be posted at the author’s postal address. While posting the hardcopy and the certificate to the author’s provided address. They are posted through the registered post through the postal department of the Government of India or reputed courier companies. Article tracking ID can be provided to the author on his/her request to check the status and delivery of the material. If the author fails to receive the hardcopy/certificate to receive the hardcopy/certificate (due to any reason, whatsoever) IESRF Editorial Office or the Society can’t be held responsible for that.

Peer Review

Journal uses double-blind review, which means the identities of the authors are concealed the reviewers, and vice versa. More information about Peer Review Process is available on publisher website. To facilitate this, please include the following separately like: Title Page with author details: This should include the title, author’s name, affiliations, acknowledgements and any Declaration of Interest statement, and a complete address for the corresponding author including and e-mail address. Blinded manuscript (no author details): The main body of the paper (including the reference, figure, tables and any acknowledgement) should not include any identifying information, such as the author’s name or affiliations.
