Membership Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and members may need to cancel their subscriptions. Memberships can be canceled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for partial periods or unused portions of the membership. To cancel, members can submit a cancellation request by email: editor.iesrf@gmail.com

 

Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure utmost satisfaction for our members; however, refunds for membership fees are granted only under specific circumstances. Refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is made within 5 Days from the initial purchase date. Beyond this period, refunds will not be provided except in cases of proven technical errors or extenuating circumstances deemed valid by our support team. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the member's account.

Our mission to extend our academic services to reach both the top and grass-roots levels of the institutions that we are funding.
